An ultra-modern and unique building with special capabilities, featuring rotating rooms that allow for continuous changes in the home’s volume and space. This building consists of a single unit across 7 floors, with floors 1 to 4 designated as residential areas, the ground floor serving as parking and utilities, and 2 basement floors implemented as a gym and swimming pool. The building’s structure features a bolted steel frame, and the German company “Bomat” collaborated in the design and implementation of the rotating rooms.
