Project Introduction
Project Zima is a modern residential complex in Saadat Abad, near Farhang Square, completed between 2015 and 2019. This 12-story project includes 8 residential floors, a ground floor, and 3 basement levels, featuring 30 units of various sizes. The building was designed by the Dida architectural firm and prominent architects, offering amenities such as a beautiful lobby, swimming pool, fitness center, and community hall.
