The Imen-Sazeh Architecture Event, centered on the design of the Oracle Commercial-Residential Tower, took place on January 29, 2024, at the Rayzan International Conference Center. The event brought together leading consultants, partner architects, and outstanding professionals from the building industry.

After careful consideration, the event’s jury released the following statement:
The jury panel of the Imen-Sazeh Architecture Event, dedicated to the design of the Oracle Commercial-Residential Tower, after a thorough evaluation of all six submitted proposals, incorporating feedback from specialized review committees, and giving careful consideration to the consultants’ presentations during the event, wishes to express its appreciation for the efforts of all participating teams. Taking into account every aspect of the project and the client’s requirements, the jury has selected the proposal submitted by Mr. Navid Emami (Razaan Architectural Office) as the winning design for the following reasons, and hereby recommends it to the project client.
Careful consideration of the surrounding neighborhoods, site features, and urban context, as well as effective integration with pedestrian routes.
A well-balanced combination of open and built spaces within the residential units, thoughtful distribution of natural light and views throughout the units, and seamless integration between balconies and living spaces.
A cohesive integration of architecture and structure, along with well-designed vertical and horizontal connections throughout the building.
The enduring and timeless quality of the design, thanks to its iconic form.
It should be noted that all design teams demonstrated admirable effort, and the submitted proposals were recognized for their positive, appealing, and well-considered qualities.
Accordingly, the jury’s comments on the selected design will be communicated to the relevant team. Once the consultant has made the necessary revisions, the Phase 1 and Phase 2 design contracts will be finalized, and the revised design will serve as the foundation for implementation.
