Project Introduction
Rose Villa is a modern and luxurious project in Shahrak-e Gharb, Tehran, designed and constructed between 2014 and 2017. This four-story villa spans 1,200 square meters and features amenities such as a swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, and billiards room. It is designed in a minimalist style with modern materials like white concrete and bamboo wood. The villa incorporates large glass windows and a glass ceiling to allow natural light into the space. The design eliminates the need for central columns by utilizing reinforced concrete walls and ceilings, creating an open and fluid space. This villa is considered the most modern residential villa in the Shahrak-e Gharb area.
